“I’ll never forget looking at my kids hugging me — loving me — while I felt miserable every time I passed a mirror. Running with them was hard. My clothes stopped fitting, so I lived in leggings and oversized t-shirts and hoped no one noticed.

Working with a licensed clinician on a supervised program was a turning point for me, and I started to feel like myself again. The truth is, even my mom and my closest friends weren’t happy with me, because I carried a bad attitude and a quiet depression I was too ashamed to admit. Now I want to share this story with all of you — so I built programs for every part of that struggle, too.
