Notice of Privacy Practices

Last updated: October 14, 2026

This notice describes how medical information about you may be used and disclosed and how you can get access to this information. Please review it carefully.

This Notice applies to the licensed clinicians in RYNA Health’s affiliated professional entity and to RYNA Health, LLC when it handles protected health information (“PHI”) on their behalf. We are required by law to protect the privacy of your PHI, give you this Notice, follow its terms, and notify you if a breach affects your unsecured PHI.

1. How we use and share your information

We may use and share your PHI without your written permission to:

  • Treat you — for example, sharing your prescription with a licensed pharmacy or your results with your clinician
  • Get paid — for example, processing payment for your program
  • Run our operations — for example, quality review, training and customer support
  • Comply with the law — including public health reporting, health oversight, legal proceedings, law enforcement and preventing serious threats to health or safety

2. Uses that need your written permission

We will not use your PHI for marketing, sell your PHI, or share psychotherapy notes without your written authorization. You may revoke an authorization at any time in writing.

3. Your rights

You have the right to:

  • Get a copy of your health and billing records
  • Ask us to correct information you believe is wrong or incomplete
  • Ask us to limit what we use or share (we may not always be able to agree)
  • Ask us to contact you in a specific way, such as by a certain email or phone number
  • Get a list of certain disclosures we have made
  • Get a paper copy of this Notice
  • Choose someone to act for you, such as a legal guardian

4. Complaints

If you believe your privacy rights have been violated, you can contact us at care@rynahealth.com. You can also file a complaint with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Office for Civil Rights at www.hhs.gov/ocr/complaints. We will not retaliate against you for filing a complaint.

5. Changes to this Notice

We may change this Notice, and the changes will apply to all information we have about you. The current version will always be posted on this page.
